I do want to use stash yarn since it's good yarn and should be loved! Tough choices. Of course there are also many sweater options for Lorelai as well, but I want a sweater for me!

I love basic black, but I love stockingette. It is so "wear with anything" and easy to add a cable, color, stitch pattern, or lace detail. (also, I have yet to pick a sweater, so I'm living through all of you people that are on top of it!)
Oh man! Those are all great choices. I especially love Mr. Greenjeans and Snow White.
I'm voting for Mr. Greenjeans or Tangled Yoke. A friend of mine just finished a Mr. Greenjeans and it's absolutely gorgeous... and Tangled Yoke is in my own queue. :)
I think that snow white would look SO good on you. I like basic black as well.
